The actual risk depends on the underlying asset, the legal rights, the instrument, the capital structure, the counterparties, market conditions and the operational structure used.
Examples and calculations are illustrations
When Tokenisera.se uses examples such as a property worth SEK 100 million, debt of SEK 60 million, a capital raise of SEK 20 million or percentage economic exposure, they are educational illustrations unless expressly stated otherwise.
Such examples are not valuations, offers, forecasts, investment recommendations or promises of return.
The legal position and rules may change
Tokenisera.se distinguishes between established rules and institutional facts, questions that depend on the actual structure and questions where the legal position, supervisory practice or guidance may not yet have been sufficiently tested.
This does not mean that ordinary rules cease to apply because blockchain or digital representation is used. Legislation, authority guidance and market practice may, however, develop over time.
A digital representation is not automatically the legal right
A token or digital record does not in itself establish that the holder owns a property, shares, a claim or any other legal right. The actual legal position depends on the underlying agreements, company-law structure, instrument and applicable rules.
