A digital wallet is not the same as a verified person. A wallet address may be central in a technical system, but it does not by itself say who controls the address, whether the person is acting on their own behalf or for a company, or whether the person may participate in a particular structure.
Identity, authorisation and investor right must therefore be kept separate. Identity concerns who someone is. Authorisation concerns what that person or organisation is allowed to do. Investor right concerns which legal or economic position someone may hold in a particular structure.
In a tokenised investor process, these layers need to be connected to a digital account or wallet. But this chapter is educational, not operational. We describe what must be understood, not Tokenisera Nordic's internal onboarding, authorisation or control architecture.
